Amazing experience so far! Just had a call with Tarik Selimovic and Adel Rovcanin, and I am really happy with their support. Excited to use CartHook. I'm sure such a powerful app will be a great addition to our efforts in increasing our AOV.

Just recently got going with CartHook and both the app itself and the customer support has been absolutely AMAZING. The app definitely works and helped to increase our AOV. Adel was our account manager and was beyond helpful in getting us going. He was there every step of the way and helped get us setup. We were assessing other upsell apps, and our experience with CartHook really pushed us across the line. The app works well, it's easy to use and the support is just incredible. Can't recommend enough (If you're reading this, Adel thank you again!!!).

Easy to use and we are constantly improving with the A/B testing feature. Their support team is very responsive and Adel worked with me to to solve some problems right away! I am looking at their other apps with Shop Circle after such a great experience.

CartHook is a great app when it comes to product upsells. I like the layout of the portal and the data we pull is very useful. Tina has been so helpful and easy to reach whenever any questions come up.

I did extensive research on upsell apps and CartHook has proven to be the best. They provide the best design and customization we could find. Tina with the support team is always so kind and helpful! We've been using about a year now.

So far it's been great. We started with the larger plan to do some AB testing on offers and once we got the data we needed we downgraded, AB testing was very useful. Customer support is also great, Tina helped out with an issue we were having regarding orders being shipped even though the upselled products weren't being paid for and she was great.

The Cart Hook team, specifically, Saso, were very helpful in resolving an issue with had with one of our pages. They were responsive and worked with us and Shopify to solve it quickly.

CartHook has delivered some nice results for my store by helping increase AOV. Since offers through CartHook are post-purchase, we feel that we can be more aggressive with discounts that we offer. The reason why we feel that we can offer more post purchase, is because it’s clear to the customer that they are only receiving the discount because they’ve already purchased, as opposed to annoying up-sells and pop ups which can leave a bad taste in peoples mouths and even cause them to abandon their orders. The app itself is very good, not glitchy or buggy, and it is well designed. They thought this through in a detailed manner, and provide some thoughtful options which we’ve been taking advantage of. Overall, CartHook is one of the better apps that we’ve added to our store. Our AOV increased, per unit shipping cost has decreased, and we don’t feel like we’re annoying our customers because they’ve already completed their purchase by the time they see the offers.
