I would have wished to be able to find this app earlier on. This add-on helped us get a post-purchase survey up and running within 10 min with out any problems. Highly recommend.

Great app for getting insights on how to improve your business. Was hesitant at first to implement but after seeing the surveys come back, has been super worth it.

Amazing app! We've been using it for a few weeks to find out if the whole payment process and payment gateways are working properly and of customer had any issue during the process and it's been amazingly helpful. And since it is a very friendly and simple form, our customer love to answer it, because it only takes them about 8 seconds. Love it!

We are using this app to run a simple post purchase survey to find out how our users found us, primarily for marketing attribution needs. It works pretty neatly and is already helping us with new insights. Importantly, the survey loads pretty fast on the order success page thus ensuring we don't miss the opportunity to get user feedback. One of the other paid apps was actually slower than this, which is free! BTW, one feature that they could add (as a premium/paid feature perhaps) is the ability to show the survey only for new customers. That would be awesome. But, I am not complaining. This is a great free app that does what it promises!

This app has helped to capture customer feedback after making their purchase in how they found us and share other user feedback to increase marketing avenues and team recognition. Great after purchase service. I raised a support ticket because my app was showing up blank to me, very quickly they checked it out and it was there, I was just needed to wait for the page to load...great job support.

Great app, especially since its free. It would be great if the data was shown not only in an excel-sheet, but also in the app itself with some diagrams. Maybe in a paid version?

This App works really well, easy to set up and very clean. Worked exactly as expected with no stress and I check it often. My only wish is that I could delete customer feedback more than one at a time, they build up quick!

App worked for the first couple of hours, then the app dashboard would not load. I couldn't see any customer survey submissions or make any changes to the app. Deleting was the only option as you can do this from Shopify without entering the app.

I love the fact that HulkApps gives you a workable app with all the features completely free. We were actually paying for additional services, apps, and platforms, and we've switched to the HulkApps for almost all of it. I ran into my first issue recently and they were so fast and professional about fixing it, keeping me diligent on updates. Excellent customer service, excellent app, and excellent features make this a complete 5-star option you should use.

Great app! Incredibly easy to install, and must be easy for customers as well because the response rate so far is very high. We're getting useful information from customers without any hassle at all. Only thing that could be improved would be to have the feedback included in the email notification that says 'you've got survey feedback' so we don't have to navigate to the app every time to view the response.
