We've been using PostCo for our returns and exchange portal on Shopify for quite some time now, and couldn't be happier. The platform is incredibly easy to use, both for our team and for our customers, and has streamlined a process that was taking far too much time previously. The level of customisation is excellent, from making the portal feel unique to our brand, to return rules in the back end that are tailored to fit our needs. It integrates seamlessly with our shipping partners, automatically generating labels and QR codes for customers with no steps needed from us. The real standout is the support team. They're fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Any questions we've had have been answered quickly with clear guidance, giving us complete confidence in the platform. Brilliant returns soultion for our Shopify store. Our customers find it simple and easy to use which has reduced our return emails and overall experience. Support team has been responsive and helpful. My only downfall was not knowing it would cost extra to receive QR on returns. Would defintely recommend.

We’ve tested several return portals and currently use a different one for our main store, which handles over 100,000 orders per year. Unfortunately, PostCo is missing several useful features that our other portal provides. In addition, we couldn’t process exchanges properly as they kept bugging when orders were released. Finally, since we recently merged this store with our main one, our one-year subscription was renewed even though we won’t be using it for the full term. We reached out regarding a partial refund, but were told this wasn’t possible.

Thanks for the detailed feedback and we're sorry to hear about your frustration, especially with exchanges and billing after your store merge. We didn’t receive a support ticket on the exchange issue, so we couldn’t investigate sooner. We take this seriously and will look into it promptly. On billing: a renewal reminder was sent before the annual renewal. Your refund request came about two months after the renewal date, which is outside our refund window. We understand the merge context and are open to discussing options.

PostCo's support team are ultra responsive and will quickly jump on a call if needed. Their portal is intuitive and the team are very helpful when setting up and making any changes to your return rules. All in all the platform works really well for us and our customers.

We have been using PostCo since 2020 and it has provided so much value-add through the years. We have also been looking for a resell platform and finally PostCo is launching theirs for the Malaysia market - the first ever. The team is friendly, quick and helpful in helping us troubleshoot our issues.

After two years with another return platform we decided to move to PostCo. The UI, analytics, and customer experience from PostCo is exactly what we were looking for. The customer service and onboarding setup was a breeze too, straightforward and Fara was very helpful.

One thing that's been bugging a D2C brand like us for way too long, is the return and exchange game. Having been on the lookout for the perfect return & exchange portal for quite some time, we landed on PostCo. And so happy we did! Where other portals and setups have limits in terms of bundling, currencies, return methods, language etc. PostCo seems to have hit the nail in terms of what a menswear merchant like us need. On top, they have an awesome and super reactive support / tech team, ready to handle your requests and needs. For perspective, PostCo has been teaming up with our WMS to custom build an integration of returns statuses and more. With this work, PostCo has helped cut down operational debt and customer service work by up to 45%!!(!) already a few months after implementing. Where 1 return usually came with 10+ clicks and a bunch of.. creative issues, a return now takes max 4 clicks, and everything just.. works! 10/10, can only recommend!
