Life changing product, can't believe it took me so long to find it. Makes returns super easy and less stressful. Wanted to specially mention Veronica, she has been my go to for all questions and has been so unbelievably helpful and just a dream to work with. Thanks so much guys.

After two years with another return platform we decided to move to PostCo. The UI, analytics, and customer experience from PostCo is exactly what we were looking for. The customer service and onboarding setup was a breeze too, straightforward and Fara was very helpful.

One thing that's been bugging a D2C brand like us for way too long, is the return and exchange game. Having been on the lookout for the perfect return & exchange portal for quite some time, we landed on PostCo. And so happy we did! Where other portals and setups have limits in terms of bundling, currencies, return methods, language etc. PostCo seems to have hit the nail in terms of what a menswear merchant like us need. On top, they have an awesome and super reactive support / tech team, ready to handle your requests and needs. For perspective, PostCo has been teaming up with our WMS to custom build an integration of returns statuses and more. With this work, PostCo has helped cut down operational debt and customer service work by up to 45%!!(!) already a few months after implementing. Where 1 return usually came with 10+ clicks and a bunch of.. creative issues, a return now takes max 4 clicks, and everything just.. works! 10/10, can only recommend!

I had the best onboarding experience with PostCo, and any issue or suggestion I've raised has been attended to. PostCo made our returns so much more time and cost efficient! Love the feature where we can automatically create an exchange order to reserve stock, but it stays on hold until the return is processed. Super easy integration with our SKUtopia shipping rates.

Very user friendly UI, easy to use back end, and overall good App for Shopify exchanges/returns. The great thing is that the exchange can be done for differently priced items. The customer service is also helpful when needed.

PostCo team is willing to do extra miles for us, really appreciate it. Shout out to Fara & team! This app is suitable for Indonesian brands as they already connected to local payment gateway. PostCo team is willing to do extra miles to cater our needs and willing to help us when we found any issue. This app really help us automate the return & exchange process and the installment process doesn't take long. Very impressed with PostCo & team.

We've been using this portal now for a couple of years and it just keeps getting better and better. You definitely need an onboarding to ensure it is all set up correctly but once you've done this it is incredible. It saves us so much time. Plus in terms of the monthly/yearly fee, I reckon we get this back by offering gift vouchers as refunds (with a 10%) incentive. The number of customers who opt for this is incredible and what would have been cash refunds turn into gift cards instead. Special mention to Fara also who is so efficient and helpful. Great business who deserve our business.

An incredible app that not only streamlines returns and exchanges but also gives the customer so much control over the situation, which saves you so much time. Mellisa was amazing throughout the whole set up process and made the whole thing a breeze.
