Solid app to connect to your carrier accounts. Support is good & fast for most issues but if it is something difficult expect to wait for a proper response.

While the initial setup can be confusing, the service and customer support have been great. This app is very powerful for handling returns. Definitely recommend. Great solution for making our international labels. Customer service is always available. Just a little request, please solve bugs in a shorter time, our customers can't wait for days for us to make their label and ship their items. Anyways it has been solved in the end, hope it's going to continue working for a long long time now! :))

Can hardly solve problems, there are many customer service personnel online, however, it was just politely catering around most of time. The whole problem solving process was very time consuming, not substantially move forward. I'll uninstall this app soon. Please be careful to use it.

Interface could be more user friendly but their support team is super helpful! As a Canadian company, we finally have the opportunity to offer US return labels with Postmen and AfterShip Returns Center.

The app works well for automating your store's return process. They have good customer support to allow you to troubleshoot any issues you might experience. Overall, I give them a 5 star review because the support is crucial, as invariably you are going to need it at some point.
