AfterShip Shipping + Labels

This app sucks. Its incomplete. You have to manually add product dimensions each order? It was promising.. but what happens if you have 100 orders an hour.. you have to set one default fallback dimension and weight and have that auto applied to each order? cmon man. even basic cheaper apps have that option. Until they come up with an export/import feature.. they shouldnt be on here for anything other than very small shops

While the initial setup can be confusing, the service and customer support have been great. This app is very powerful for handling returns. Definitely recommend. I haven't started using this app fully, as I am still quite new to Shopify. I have been using Shopify to fulfill my orders, however I am looking forward to giving this app a chance. I had a few questions and Riyaz was able to answer all of them in a timely manner. Thank you Riyaz for the amazing support! I definitely recommend this app, as it seems pretty straight forward and integrates very well with your Shopify orders.

Great solution for making our international labels. Customer service is always available. Just a little request, please solve bugs in a shorter time, our customers can't wait for days for us to make their label and ship their items. Anyways it has been solved in the end, hope it's going to continue working for a long long time now! :))

Can hardly solve problems, there are many customer service personnel online, however, it was just politely catering around most of time. The whole problem solving process was very time consuming, not substantially move forward. I'll uninstall this app soon. Please be careful to use it.

Interface could be more user friendly but their support team is super helpful! As a Canadian company, we finally have the opportunity to offer US return labels with Postmen and AfterShip Returns Center.

The app works well for automating your store's return process. They have good customer support to allow you to troubleshoot any issues you might experience. Overall, I give them a 5 star review because the support is crucial, as invariably you are going to need it at some point.

Excellent free app that we use for Fedex shipments, and support are responsive too! They are good at taking on new feature requests also.

I started using this app and I like it. It is actually quite sophisticated and does handle various shippers and shipping scenarios very well. I ran into a small problem (my fault - because I did not define weight for the package itself) - I received prompted support (within less than 2 min) and the engineer I chatted with was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, too and was able to identify the problem quickly and told me how to fix it. This was a very pleasant experience - thanks!!
