Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. The sale tried to get me to sign the contract but they have 0 customer service especially for the lower plan, I am not sure about the other plan. Also, people seem to be not knowledgable. I want to get out of the contract.

Postcript is billing me for a service that I have not had or used for several months. Their loophole to refusing to resolve this issue is that the service is installed on my website. If that were true, I would be able to uninstall it, correct? However, I cannot uninstall it because it isn't installed. This is resulting in them continuing to bill me month after month for a service I have no access to. I don't know what else to call this but fraud. I've been emailing their rude customer service agent for days with no resolve, and they are dragging this out to continue billing me.

Be careful. They will lock you into a contract and auto renew it with no notice. We wanted to cancel but unfortunately we were about a week after renewal date. Instead of understanding our situation and charge a prorated fee or any other solution, they were asking a $7,392.42 buyout fee. They don't care, no exceptions, whatever your circumstances might be. We are stuck paying for this app for another half year even though we wanted to switch back to Klaviyo.
