Postscript ROCKS! The support team is unparalleled. Bre on the support team was beyond helpful, she went above and beyond and taught me so many new things. What I love about Postscript is they help you on the spot, they explain everything in detail whether it be with photos or videos. The Postscript marketing aspect has really helped engage my customers and they have been returning to shop way more frequently since signing up! Went with this company because they were labeled as the 'underdog', more personable with lower prices. While these are definitely true, they have beyond exceeded my expectations in just less than 1 week! From the detailed onboarding courses and tutorial videos, to the 24 hour customer service to the zoom help calls have all been amazing. The platform to create SMS flows is easy to use and beginner friendly. Can't wait to see my company succeed with SMS!

Postscripts has been so easy to set up! I had a few questions and Taylor on chat support was so easy to chat and work with! Pricing of the program is incredible with unlimited number of keywords and plenty amount of credits!
