Went with this company because they were labeled as the 'underdog', more personable with lower prices. While these are definitely true, they have beyond exceeded my expectations in just less than 1 week! From the detailed onboarding courses and tutorial videos, to the 24 hour customer service to the zoom help calls have all been amazing. The platform to create SMS flows is easy to use and beginner friendly. Can't wait to see my company succeed with SMS!

If I could give 10000000 stars I would. Insanely quick response times when setting up in my store, quick & efficient meetings with the different teams, plus the actual app is AMAZING! We saw results almost instantly, and the customer service is extremely knowledgable and quick to respond. Also, the backend is easy to use with quality analytics. We were hesitant to enter the world of SMS marketing as we thought it was a little gimmicky, but it's absolutely here to stay at this point!
