Postscript is an awesome app. I saw a significant jump in my SMS subscribers and conversions during my first 30 days. The flows are seamless and they are done for you so it takes a lot off your table. This is a really good investment.

Postscript has been a great partner in helping launch our SMS program thus far. The Postscript team has been critical in helping us craft the strategy around our program launch and continue to be great partners to us in helping us not only grow our SMS list, but also expand our strategy to become more personalized and targeted as we evolve. The platform is very intuitive and easy for an in-house marketing team to use. The pricing is transparent and completely controllable from the business side so there aren't any surprises. Overall our experience has been extremely positive!

Our account rep, Tara, has been fantastic! She's constantly bringing relevant data and ideas to our meetings. She has made herself available to help implement changes to our account. I get the sense that she really does care about the success of our store. Postscript as an SMS platform has been good for the most part. I like that I've seen updates and improvements while we've been a client. I wish pricing were a little more palatable... but I know that so much of that is due to the carriers that they work with. All in all it's been a good platform for reaching our audience and I believe that Postscript will be a team that helps us continue to take giant steps forward with our business.

Postscript has been a great app for us to launch our SMS strategy on. The app itself is intuitive and has robust product offerings, and we've been able to set up very customized automations and campaigns without issue. The real standout, though, is customer support which has been exceptional! The team we work with is proactive and just lovely to work with - we would not have been able to launch without them. They feel like an extension of our marketing team and have come up with fantastic campaigns, messaging, and automations. Overall, our launch has been a success!

Postscript is an INCREDIBLE app. The automations are insane and convert super well. The team is super on top of everything and REALLY understands e-commerce. They are ultra responsive and overall we are just over the moon with Postscript! 10/10 would recommend!!

So far so good. We have our first campaign running to convert our email customers to text customers and it is going great. The interface is easy and intuitive. Michael hooked me up via chat when I had questions.

Postscript, how do I love thee, let me count the ways. Well, having an awesome SMS product is just table stakes, so I'll just leave that aside. They deliver on a fantastic product. Where they excel is with their team. Super talented, caring, and hard working. Travis has been not only an amazing, integral part of our getting up and going on the platform, he's just straight up a joy to have around. Thanks Travis, for all you do for us!

I'm just in the process of setting this App up, but I couldn't wait to share how impressed I am with the level of customer service they provide to make sure we get this done. Not only is this platform amazing but the team to support us is stellar! They're always providing us with amazing strategies for what we can do to scale our SMS list & revenue as well as answering any questions we have. We've worked previously with Wassim and Travis. Now, we are working with Jeff & Liza. Everyone has been helpful and supportive!

Loving Postscript so far! We switched from Yotpo/SMSBundle to Postscript a few months ago and the support from our rep David O. has been phenomenal. Definitely the best experience I've had with any app/software company I use. Keep up the great work Postscript.
