Postscript SMS Marketing

First let me say I never write app reviews. Second I didn't want to even try text-marketing (they cold called me). But it was a free trial and people opt-in so I was like, why not....? HOWEVER now I am a big Postscript fan! The service, professionalism, thoughtfulness and general fun of the on-boarding specialist (Paris) has made me excited about using the program. I recently had a bad on-boarding experience with another app, so it has highlighted to me how excellent the service provided here was. Paris was patient, very careful in making sure I understand how everything works. I wish I could work with her forever. And, they are diligent about compliance. I highly recommend giving Postscript a try if you are looking for text marketing!

Kyler is a rockstar. She got me set up and fixed my issues quickly and effectively. She truly knows what shes doing and made me comfortable with the platform. Thanks postscript for the low friction sign up. Im sold!

This app has changed my life and stuff. It's a great app and a great way to keep in touch with customers. I wouldn't choose any other app to protect and babysit my customers while I'm away. The support team has been amazing. I wish I could be their friend...but I know they have a job to do. Whoever made this software is a genius.

Great customer service, intuitive platform. Can be a bit on the pricey side but probably is the best all-around SMS platform if you want to do SMS marketing.

Taylor was awesome! When something goes wrong, you need help ASAP! She was there when I needed her to fix my issue within seconds. UPDATE, Taylor helped me again figure out my questions fast :)

I recently had a customer service chat with Alyssa and she was awesome! She was super helpful and quick with resolutions. Her quick and through response was greatly appreciated.

We've been using this app for a few months and it performs beautifully. I've also been very impressed by the support staff. Although I don't use it Postcript to the maximum extent that I should, I've always been happy with what I've done SO FAR. I'm excited to see the benefits of integrating Klaviyo lists & segments with Postcript to send more distinctive texts and GIFS to my customers. Customer service has been extremely helpful as well.

Working with Postscript is truly a privilege. The team support they provide, the ability to reach them anytime and get a response, was crucial for me. Our regular meetings have made us even more successful in SMS marketing. They stay ahead of the curve on SMS marketing developments. We left Postscript for a short time, but when we didn't see what we were promised, we returned. We continue with Postscript. Their team support, friendly staff, pricing, and contribution to the company's growth truly set them apart.
