Setup was super fast and easy. We've definitely seen a difference in sales utilizing Postscript. The flow setup makes life easier with everything automated. We just started using the campaign portion and that's super easy as well. So far we're loving this app!

Zev Zoldan Helped me alot with getting my billing plan figured out. Shopify had billed the postscript amount but I was tranfering over to postscript to show it was paid. Whatever he did he worked magic so now I can change my plan with no problem thanks a lot

While we are still learning the ins and outs of postscript, their customer service team has been phenomenal! We’ve had many associates help us, but namely Michael this evening- who stayed late to help implement a feature that had been giving us trouble. We sincerely appreciate the help and look forward to working with postscript!

Day 1 (actually just 30 minutes in) and so far I'm a fan. Amazing support. Stellar and easy onboarding process. You rule!! And so does Sandy, best support agent I've worked with in a LOOONG time.

This is a powerful tool. Sometimes SMS and integrations with other apps can be complicated but TBH, postscripts is way better than all the others in my opinion. It's easy to use. Great customer service. Cailee was super helpful.

We started with Postscript on October 1 and in our first month, increased our ROI 48.3Xs! Stephanie, Lauren, and their whole team are so helpful and respond quickly. Glad we switched from our old SMS service to Postscript!

Currently on a free trial but the help desk has been super helpful and prompt. It's my first time trying out SMS marketing, but I feel confident it's going to be a breeze with such a helpful customer service center. Thanks Kyler!
