Best SMS app out there! So many services the service stops after the sales call but with Postscript the customer support team is unbelievable and continues to win you over time and time again. Stop searching - just sign up.

My retail shop uses a welcome series coupon code for our new customers. We've been having trouble recently with the same subscriber being able to access a coupon code each time jumping onto our site. Not a huge deal but we want it to be special for our first time guests. Today I finally jumped onto a chat with a postscript guru. Michael is our saving grace! He quickly and efficiently helped to solve our problem we had been dealing with for a couple of months. HE IS CRUSHING IT! Extremely kind and helpful. Thanks again, Michael!

Recently made the jump to Postscript and so far, the results are quite encouraging. We are now capturing both email and mobile numbers with a single popup and the subscription rate is higher than what we have been getting for email addresses alone with the other App. Definitely recommend Postscript and their Support team!

Great customer support from Porshai and Taylor. Amazing Account Representation from Travis Yee. The app is great all the way around. It's an easy way to engage with your customer base to create more points to obtain sales.

I have only been using Postscript for like 3 days but it seems to be a great SMS platform. Much better and straight forward compared to one I have used in the past. And their chat support is very helpful!

I am literally just setting everything up (like on day 1 of my 30-day trial) and I am BLOWN away by the quality of customer support! Bre has been so patient and understands what my issues are. She even recorded a Loom video to explain something! I am beyond impressed and super excited to see what this app can do for us!
