Been using this app for about 4 days now. Setup was quick and easy. Great features. I still need to play around with the various options/functionality but no complaints so far. What is truly amazing is the customer service. Super quick and prompt support from the team. A couple of times I have got Sylvia and she is just awesome. Courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful - this is exactly what customer service should look like!

Postscript has already increased our SMS subscribers by almost double in the first week of using the app. Plus their customer service is off the charts good! Always helpful and extremely personable.

I was having a little bit of hard time understanding and editing the page but Sylvia was such a big help, she edited everything for me and even made a little video so I can do my edits next time, I have had already good sales from just the subscribe pop up

Makes texting customers easy! I was able to set up my account within minutes and launch my first campaign same day. Luckily was able to onboard people into my text group and have been able to capitalize on it for the Holiday Season! Thank you to Zev and the team @ Postscript!

So many good things about this company. 1. SMS in ecom just works (in general), it's a no-brainer. 2. They have super customizable campaigns & segments available. 3. The customer service is seriously Second-to-none. You won't regret it!
