I was referred here from a podcast Messenger Mastermind. I appreciate the customer service. SMS feels so much easier to create and send than email--with fewer characters, less to overthink! This channel isn't generating lots of revenue yet, but I have a lot to do to optimize it still. I like the course that they offer as well. And, the fee structure is simple, which I really appreciate it. I wish it integrated with Omnisend--this has been my biggest hiccup. Overall, I'm satisfied and looking forward to growing this new channel.

We recently switched to PS from another SMS provider and I learned more installing this app and going through the training than I learned the entire 2+ years we spent with the other group. There is a small learning curve but Bryan was quick to respond to my chat request and I am really enjoying the functionality not only with integrations to our website but also the ability to have actual 2- way conversations with our customers.
