Still in the free trial phase but we're loving it! As a store, we're new to SMS marketing and Postscript has made the transition to this new medium incredibly seamless and easy. Their interface is very straightforward and simple to use and you'll be up and running in no time. Plus their website is full of tips and tricks and when in doubt, their live chat is the best. Always incredibly responsive, no waiting, and very friendly. If you're lucky enough to work with Shannon, she's one of the best people I've ever worked with on a live chat platform. Like I said, we're still new to SMS Marketing and Postscript, but so far, so good. We've even had other SMS companies reach out and try to snag us away but Postscript has everything we need and more between automation, segmentation, campaigns, creativity, and integration with existing apps.

I had an issue where my sms was fired before I finalized the scheduling process. I contacted customer support and they immediately answered me (even when it was a weekend). They found the bug and they fixed it in record time. They also kept me informed during the whole process of what was going on. Excellent customer support

Also, if you ever have any questions, their customer support answers & resolves your questions within 5 minutes... Highly recommend. You'd be a fool to go elsewhere!

This is a VERY capable SMS marketing solution. We're a very customer-centric brand, so having the right communication tools is essential. We looked at a few competitors but Postscript just had more of the features we needed: international sending, 2-way replies, MMS, easy integrations with the rest of our marketing-tech tools, and more!
