Been using them for over a year and pretty happy. They have given a lot of personalized support and consulting, which is a must for a brand like us with a lean team and no dedicated role for this. It's easy to setup new automations and campaigns that drive revenue and grow our SMS list and last but not least Postscript easily integrates with many platforms/tools we already use to give our customers a cohesive experience.

Great support! lots of flexibility to configure different flows for mobile vs desktop, and the ability to tie a click from an unidentified mobile device through to checkout so it gets properly associated with the shopify customer is clutch.

Omg! I've had Postscripts for almost two years! Rarely had an issue! I ran into something slight (that was apparently my fault) lol and they took care of it immediately and the follow up game is strong!!!
