Postscript has been an absolute game-changer for our business. The onboarding process is best-in-class, and their team is always available to help us succeed. They have a deep understanding of SMS marketing, and they are constantly innovating to help us reach our goals. And their support, specifically Taylor is beyond amazing! Taylor was able to solve my problem in a friendly and efficient manner. She was very personable and attentive. I didn't feel like I was talking to a bot or that she was talking to 20 other people at the same time. Love this platform but more so the people behind it!

I would like to commend Faith for giving me exceptional tech customer support few minutes ago. This is the first time I have chatted to someone and resolve everything at once and she did not leave me until I resolve the issue and she was able to answer all my questions. Product value increases because of great tech support. I hope you give her a good pay raise.

S/O to Taylor! There was an issue with one of our automations and her and the engineering team didn't stop investigating it until they found a solution even though I was about to move forward with plan b. Their team and level of support can't be beat.

What a great app to start with your SMS marketing. We had no issues during the installation. Setting up new SMS campaigns was very easy and straightforward. They have a ton of helpful resources on their website which is a big plus. We contacted customer service once as we had very specific questions and got a reply within 10 minutes. So far so good!

I was skeptical transitioning over from another SMS Marketing platform I was using prior to joining Postscript. I moved over because the previous platform had continued to charge additional fees based on images or emojis, which wasn't addressed clearly. The onboarding team was attentive and very supportive during the learning and transition period. I find it fun to read the metrics based on the campaigns we sent out and the team continued to educate me on different methods of engaging with our customers via SMS. I recommend you work with Postscript as their prices are reasonable (NO HIDDEN FEES) and we delight in seeing the benefits of revenue streaming in from SMS campaigns.

Faith was awesome!! She was so helpful and patient with me. Coming from a different app that wasn't working properly, and I was not getting much resolved, I had to find a new app and redo all my settings, and Faith really helped with that by sending me links, and voice messages/videos to explain. Postscript is #1 when it comes to SMS. From one-off campaigns to automation, you can't ask for more. The pricing is beyond reasonable and if you're starting out the templates are a game changer. Use Postscript you won't regret it. P.S. The Klaviyo to Postscript integration is super easy to set up for pop ups on your website as well.
