So far this app is great and our SMS sales are doing great! I really like how easy it is to use and would recommend.

I am going on 2 months with Postscript now, and I do not have one bad thing to say. It has totally changed the game for me as a small boutique. I just got my January email and I hit $4000 in sales generated JUST from my SMS! And I am still just starting to grow my text list! The numbers really speak for themselves and are enough to make me want to stay with Postscript... But the icing on the cake is definitely their customer service. They always respond super quickly, they are helpful, nice, and quite funny! I have not had a bad interaction with them and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me execute all the crazy ideas I come up with for my customers! It's an 11/10 for me. I really wish I would have found them sooner!

So far so good! This app does exactly what it says it will do. I had a minor billing issue and Bryan handled my issue with quickly and was very professional. I would recommend this app to any business!

love the email to phone pop up, the 1:1, and the support for the same price as klaviyo sms. great compliance help and no platform fees

Big fan of Postscript so far. The platform itself is great. There are a few small things that I wish I could do that are not currently possible (like dynamic product names in abandoned cart texts), but I am sure the team is rapidly improving the technology. Where Postscript really shines is the human element of running a shopify app (ok they would probably call it a marketing platform). The sales rep who I initially talked to went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The implementation support was also very helpful. We had a big sale approaching and I wanted to make sure I fully understood how the platform worked in our specific situation. Rae helped me set everything up how I wanted it. And Sylvia the chat support rep was very helpful when I had a specific question about the platform!

This app is excellent! There's so many marketing tactics integrated into this app. They even offer classes to help you understand the power of sms marketing. Customer Service is also excellent. Had an issue with my QR code & Sylvia was extremely helpful in helping me solve my problem. She offered many tips & was very kind!

I am new to sms marketing, I tried another company and it was difficult to navigate through their system. So I decided to switch and it is the best decision ever. With great customer service as Sylvia shown I am well on my way! I'm so excited to get started, Thanks Sylvia!
