Easy to use and install with Shopify! Customer service is quick to respond and helpful. Works great and can see it being beneficial in many ways going forward.

The customer support for this app is outstanding. The person I chatted with linked me to an updated article that had all the details I needed. I appreciated that the article was updated last week with current screen shots. Nothing worse than a help article that hasn't been refreshed in a coupel of years. Also, love the gif option in chat.

Pretty new to the app but it was very easy to set up. Loved that the featured are clearly communicated so we knew that it would do what we needed. Reached out to support with a minor question and the response was very quick and detailed. Love that they seem to provide the same level of customer service we like to give our own customers.

Helping right off the bat. Super easy set up, quick and ready templates to get you going. Overall, seeing nice lift in just the first couple of weeks we've been using it. more to come.

Postscript has been awesome for us. We've used it for many of our stores and the level of customer service is unmatched. Love these guys. PS. Big ups to Zev... The man loves his pizza.

Postscript was the first SMS app I used very successfully. I trialed two other major SMS platforms and was disappointed that neither had a fully functioning Klaviyo integration. I eventually came back to Postscript because it was the only one that allows you to effortlessly and instantaneously sync your klaviyo segments to your sms account and therefore seamlessly match your email messaging to your sms messaging. I can handle everything by myself in the platform and don't have to have their team installing anything, reviewing and confirming messaging, or generally being in the way of my processes like what I experienced on the other platforms. Plus, their customer service has been top notch, super responsive, and super helpful. SMS has become a major marketing platform for us and I'm very happy to be with Postscript

THE BEST TEXT APP THERE IS! Extremely helpful in growing our business. The team is also very responsive and professional. Zev even caught an error on our end and was quick to bring it to our attention.
