WOW Meg is amazing!!! It's hard to get good customer service on message chats, and with most company chats I've often had to stop the conversation to confirm that I'm speaking with a real person because it felt like the people chatting with me were not paying attention or reading my full replies. Completely opposite experience with Meg. She understood what my concern was right away, asked for the relevant information needed, and also looked up my account on her own end to understand the full details of what was going on. She told me what she thought was happening and how she could help and also reached out to her manager to confirm her findings. She then followed up with me the same day with an update, and then again early the next morning with a conclusion on what they had found and what was going to be done to remedy the situation. I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service that we received and the solution to our problem. Thanks so much Meg!!

the customer service experience is A1! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I love everything about Postscript with the small exception that the credits don't rollover over month to month, other than that I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE IT!

Faith on the support team was a rockstar in helping out with a keyword configure/opt-in issue. Support has always been helpful and very responsive. Can't wait to see how the platform continues to evolve.

This app is great and the customer service is even better. I've contacted them NUMEROUS times and they always answer promptly and help me sort out my issues no matter how complex or how long it takes. SMS marketing is necessary and Postscript is the official platform to use!

Normally they're closed on weekends but I was able to get in touch with Adam Turner at 8am on a Saturday! He was in such great spirits and after explaining to him the problem it was rectified in less than 5 minutes. We're opening today and wanted to use to service so it freaked us out when we ran into the problem at 3am and couldn't figure out the Billing issue. Thank you so much again Adam T!!!!!

Excellent customer service. Extremely responsive and helpful. I get nervous utilizing apps with my website because i dont totally understand the back end. This company addresses any questions immeditely. Its also my first SMS marketing app ive downloaded. Great layout, easy to use, cant think of anything else i would need out of a service/app like this

The support and kindness of the support team is exceptional. Haven't received such great service in years. We are based in Australia and they helped us with getting an AU phone number and removing the time zone time send restrictions. Huge shout out to the support & billing team - thanks again!

So far so good, easy to install and set up. Alot of the automation is completed already which makes getting up and running really simple. The only tricky part is understanding the cost per message (160 characters = 1 SMS, 1600 Characters = 1 MMS message). However once you have that understanding adjusting messaging and making the right choice about which type of message to use is a breeze. Great customer support as well!
