Postscript has been a great solution to quickly get set up with texting for our business. I checked out nearly every which way to do this from developing our own solution to the many other options that have recently come up and Postscript has remained the best option for our needs. They have great customer service, as well, and will help you troubleshoot just about any issue you come across. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to test out texting in their business.

We've used this to test out SMS marketing with our customers and have had a great response. The pop-up messages, campaigns, and segmenting of customers are super easy to use and provide us with lots of options. The team is super responsive when we have issues or questions, and the on-boarding was super super smooth!

awesome app. tried other options , but they weren't as efficient as Postscript. as long as they keep improving their platform , they will be best in SMS marketing. Also thanks Sylvia from their customer support team , she is awesome :)

AMAZING app, and AMAZING customer service! We have researched dozens of texting apps as a solution for our Shopify Plus store (we're newbies) and finally came across one that is easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to ask for help through their support team. I am very pleased with the app so far.

Super user friendly, exceptional customer service, intuitive interface, and the preview of the message shown on a phone rather than just in text format is so much fun! We switched from another platform and wish we didn't wait so long. Best out there - and now with the best pricing by far!

Easy to use, straight forward and overall a great service. The customer support is outstanding. They respond quickly and never leave a question unanswered! They are always available for help and full of knowledge on how to best run campaigns.

I cannot say enough about this app and the critical role it plays for my business. As organic reach continues to decline and paid advertising gets increasingly competitive, having a direct connection to my customers and potential customers is absolutely critical, and Postscript has been the perfect solution. Some of the features may seem a little daunting at first glance, but the support I have received from Shannon, Sean and other Postscript support staff has been nothing less than phenomenal, and I would say the same of the app's functionality.

Absolutely fantastic SMS app! Within 12 hours of installing we generated over $1000 with just a mobile pop up!! Haven't even gotten the rest of it set up yet. Very excited and grateful to find postscript!

App works exactly as promised in driving revenue (as long as you set flows up the right way). Postscript is the Klaviyo x Mailchimp of SMS - the customization is on point, the pricing tiers are sensible, and support team is solid. Highly recommend trying it out to see how your customers respond!

Love the app so far! And AMAZING customer support. It's Sunday on Thanksgiving weekend and Sean has been helping us and answering newbie questions for hours. It feels like 1 on 1 VIP support! Highly recommended.

Outstanding app for SMS and MMS. Since installing this we've opened an entire 7 figure/yr revenue stream we didn't have before, instantly. Text message marketing has also been really fun. The support team at Postscript has been so good as well, always responsive, even during the high volume times on Black Friday. Great app, great support. Thanks Sean!

Great app! Awesome features compared to some of the other SMS/MMS platforms out there. The support is also fantastic. Super quick and super helpful especially during busy times like Black Friday and the Holiday season. Definitely 11/10!

We needed text messaging marketing implemented on our store and a friend recommended PostScript to us. PostScript definitely sets the bar for a text messaging platform! The setup was EASY and the platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The best part is that their support team is literally probably one of the best support teams out there. They are very responsive and don't treat your support inquiry like another ticket. Can't say enough great things. 10/10 would recommend!

Been meaning to jump into SMS for some months now, and was waiting on Klaviyo's product. Heard about PS from Kurt Elster's podcast not too long ago, so I thought It would be a great idea to AT LEAST start collecting numbers now. Shannon from PS CS has been truly amazing and a gem. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. She was also very helpful and she helped the setup of automations and helped me better understand the platform in general. The platform itself seems quite powerful thus far, with a relatively easy UX. Shannon is a keeper.
