We love Postscript! The UI is super simple and clean, and it's driven a good amount of revenue--much more than we initially expected. The reason: next level support. I have just downloaded the app as the previous one I tried did not work for UK customers. Thankfully this one does! The customer chat box is really helpful if you get stuck. I am yet to use this app to send to customers but it looks promising so far.

I was referred here from a podcast Messenger Mastermind. I appreciate the customer service. SMS feels so much easier to create and send than email--with fewer characters, less to overthink! This channel isn't generating lots of revenue yet, but I have a lot to do to optimize it still. I like the course that they offer as well. And, the fee structure is simple, which I really appreciate it. I wish it integrated with Omnisend--this has been my biggest hiccup. Overall, I'm satisfied and looking forward to growing this new channel.
