We LOVE Postscript for several reasons. 1. It does both SMS & MMS meaning you can send GIFS and pictures which really help keep the text messages fun and light and feeling less intrusive to the customer. MMS is something not all "text" platforms offer that's a huge bonus to our brand. 2. Their customer support is AWESOME! They're fast and friendly, but because the platform is so good it's not like you need to contact them often anyways. (Thanks Shannon) Might seem pricey, but worth it 100%

The staff has a very quick response rate and are very helpful! The app has boosted my sales as well! I'd definitely recommend, it's easy to set up, use, and see results.

Shannon at post scripts was very helpful & knowledgable! She helped me figure out why my Black Friday campaign wasn't sent and gave advise to ensure future campaigns were sent successfully.

So far, the customer service has been amazing. Zev helped me with some questions I had, EVEN on a SUNDAY. He was able to answer all my questions and seemed genuinely happy to help me! He's quite funny as well. I look forward to seeing what else this app has to offer and will leave an updated review after I've used it for a month or two! :)

User friendly and superior to what is currently available. There are a lot of features that will assist in growing your list and the support team is awesome! They even work on Sundays!

Easy to use but very powerful tool. SMS marketing is super crucial to reach younger customers. Customer service has been awesome when I reached out with issues.

Excellent app for SMS marketing, very helpful customer support as well! Had an issue with customer facing popups and was able to resolve it without having to tweak our coding

Just started using this app and it has been the best experience thus far. Shannon automatically sent me information as soon as set up was started. She asked if I wanted more information on the process to set up other messages for my business as well as helped when I had questions when confused. She helped me answer two questions and provided clear instructions. Even though it has yet to be an hour into using the program I can already see that I will love this application tremendously.
