What I really like the most about this app is the customer service (my guru is Shannon!). As a newcomer to the SMS game, this app has held my hand every step of the way! Fabulous advice, lots of helpful articles, always adding and improving to the app, and now that my list has grown I'm seeing terrific results! Can't wait to grow my business right along with PostScript. I chose PS because this was the app I felt the most confident with as far as growing a compliant list. The dashboard is easy to understand, the segmenting is already set up for standard campaigns, and easy to add more segments for particular goals. Advanced users have a lot to work with, and not too intimidating for beginners. Just pick this one, it'll work and you'll be happy. :)

Customer support team is top notch! The ease of use within the platform is a huge selling point as well. I'd recommend for anyone starting out with SMS who needs helpful tools and support. It has the ability to scale as large as you need, but stays true to its simplicity. Zev was amazing help on the customer service end! Highly recommend!

One of the best apps if not the best shopify app out there. Match your Klaviyo flows on Postscript and you're going to be in a great place. It's a guaranteed ROI boost at a great cost. Zev on their customer support team is the best.

I used this app to help me increase my ROI. I integrated an SMS Abandonment flow with my checkout page and instantly saw results.. The money you will make with this app with cover the cost of the app 10X.. This one application really took my store to the next level helping me reach way higher numbers than I've seen in the past. All from one feature. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone with an online store.

Postscript is the way to go! The ROI is great and customer service is super helpful. There is no reason you shouldn't be using it.

Brilliant app. So many Shopify apps sound great before you get them but then are so clunky and weird when you go to use them. This one is incredible - the installation only takes seconds and they even set you up with lots of helpful automations. Literally could not be easier. Super helpful and fast support, too. They were even available on a holiday! I'm excited to use this app. It's so incredibly well priced, too.
