I use this app to grow and reach our customers via text message. It simply works! We are seeing at least a 6x on ROI every single month. It's easy to use and the support is excellent. It is an excellent way to reach customers at different stages of their buying journey.

Great customer service! The platform is simple and easy to use. The analytics portion is helpful when your looking at the overall breakdown.

When I want to send text messages, it sends text messages, and their support is fantastic. I'd recommend postscript to anybody who wants to do SMS.

Easy to use and install with Shopify! Customer service is quick to respond and helpful. Works great and can see it being beneficial in many ways going forward.

I've been using PostScript for a few months now, and I wish I got it sooner! My customers love being notified via text message & my sales have been up especially with the abandoned cart recovery. Also the customer service is amazing & I love the fact that I can send them a message and get support so quickly. If you are debating on whether you need to get this or not, DO IT! You won't regret it :)

This is a big and effective tool to organize a community of SMS subscribers. Customer service is A+. I highly recommend Postscript!!!

The customer support for this app is outstanding. The person I chatted with linked me to an updated article that had all the details I needed. I appreciated that the article was updated last week with current screen shots. Nothing worse than a help article that hasn't been refreshed in a coupel of years. Also, love the gif option in chat.

Pretty new to the app but it was very easy to set up. Loved that the featured are clearly communicated so we knew that it would do what we needed. Reached out to support with a minor question and the response was very quick and detailed. Love that they seem to provide the same level of customer service we like to give our own customers.
