Postscript is a fantastic app that easily allowed us to integrate text marketing to our business and we have seen a huge ROI. The interface is user-friendly and easy to use and the support throughout set up and after has been stellar. They are quick to answer questions and help you make the most of your plan.

They were a huge help with Implementing some free automations to my account since the free trial is over. That is such a huge help and I can’t wait to customize them and get them set up.

This app is amazing! It has increased sales so much! My customers love it. I wish I could get all of my mailing list to move over to text message. (I'm working on it) Conversions are great! Customer service is top notch. I am very happy with this app! Go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Postscript is simple to use and integrates nicely with shopify. It's easy to build campaigns and automations. The pricing structure is friendly to small businesses. Great app!

Postscript is without a doubt the best SMS marketing platform available currently. I've tested multiple with various brands and they're ahead of the game on functionality, pricing and ease of use. Then there is the custy service team. They are always quick and actually listen to your questions and know how to fix/help rather than generic responses. Also, the team is always positive and adds life to the convo so you don't just feel like you're dealing with an issue but can have a rando convo while they're resolving stuff. The whole team is great. Zev today specifically was so possible he turned a mundane Tuesday into thinking about how great life is. He also is a comedian as well so you'll probably get a couple laughs in if he jumps in to help

You need text marketing and you need this app we have increased our revenue by 30% since moving to postscript. Our Marketing agency showed us this and now we are hooked. We have over 7 text automations setup.

One of the great things about this app is the amount of segments and filtering they allow brands to do to contact the right group of customers. There are an endless amount of filters that you can then automate on top of, which makes the app very versatile in nature. If you learn enough of their platform, you can really customize it to the experience you want to build for consumers. Also, not to mention, their live chat is fabulous! I have so many questions while learning the ins and outs of the system, and they make it super easy by connecting to a support agent in minutes to answer your question. Very prompt. Everything I look for when choosing the right partner to work with on our store. Thanks to the Postscript team and Adam for being so helpful in on-boarding me :)

Awesome SMS platform. I tried a few from the Shopify marketplace but none impressed me as much as Postscript. The alternatives did not have segmentation on the level of detail that Postscript provides. A bonus is that they recently redid their pricing model, compared to the other alternatives this is a better cost effective option. There is no base rate + cost per msg, just a very simple monthly credit system, no hidden fees. Their support is also top notch, they were able to make a custom adjustment I needed for segmentation.

Before downloading the app I spoke with Zev in customer service and he was very nice and professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me more info which really helped me to decide to download this app. it's perfect for my business. It has everything i was looking for in a text marketing app. also Steadman was nice and helpful as well. Great team! Excellent customer service.
