I am so happy with how easy this app was to setup and to use overall. SMS seemed a little overwhelming to me in general but I took the leap on the free trial and am happy I did. The team has been extremely responsive to my questions as well. This is another great avenue for connecting with customers and driving more sales with automation and I'm confident I chose the best app for what I was looking to accomplish.

This has my sales doubling now I can send campaigns to my clients via text! I was having trouble adding the Gif to my messages but their customer service via chat was on it 100%... I LOVE IT HERE

I wanted to use this app to better connect with my customers and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the popup feature used to text and respond to customers wasn't working. I quickly talked with Postscript's friendly support agents and I didn't have to do a thing and they handled everything effectively. I think that the only feature that they're missing and would take their app to the next level is a built-in store chat box and not rely allot on the popup. Thank again, 10/10 would recommend!

Had a bit of a billing issue but Zev was able to help me through chat in record time! I am a happy customer and their customer support team is amazing and very prompt.

Still on my free trial, but postscript's support is beyond stellar 5/5. Very quick responses, extremely patient, and knowledgeable! Zev from postscript's customer service team has exceeded all my expectations for customer service.

This app is a huge game-changer for the world of mobile marketing! The platform is super user friendly, they are super compliant with the legalities of mobile marketing and make sure to educate each company on those legalities and best practices. With the help of the Postscript team, I have been able to perfect my marketing strategy thus increasing engagement with our customers, converting leads, and bringing in an astonishing amount of revenue. I love how the team takes into consideration requests made by their clients and how they are so willing to implement those ideas into their platform. They are constantly taking the initiative to ensure that their client's needs are always met. I'm overall super happy with this platform and 1000% recommend for anyone to use them!

The team at postscript is great, I've been using the app for just a few days and it's brought in a ton of lost revenue. On top of that Zev on the support team has been there answering my questions for every hour of the day to my 100+ questions. If you're not doing SMS you're leaving money on the table.

Postscript has been an AMAZING application. It's easy to navigate, gives detailed analytics, and provides us with a phenomenal ROI. The customer service team has the best group of people who go above and beyond to answer our questions. Shannon and her team usually respond within 5 minutes which is perfect for timely tasks. You can tell this team has our company's best interest at heart ALWAYS. I would recommend to any business who is looking to implement SMS and MMS marketing!

Very impressed with Postscript thus far. It's extremely user friendly but the functionality is much better then what I've seen with the competitors. Also, the customer service is seriously some of the best I've ever seen. We're using SMS for a unique use case and the customer support was out of this world in helping us figure out how to properly implement. I cannot recommend Postscript enough and really looking forward to using it more and more as it's already having a very positive impact on our business.

First off, this service is AMAZING! We have had so many questions about different things and each and every time, they reassure us that what we want to do IS possible! The customer service exceeds ALL expectations! Shannon is the sweetest and answers all of our questions without ever making us feel like a bother (no matter how silly they are). If I could give this app 10 stars, I would in a heart beat! HIGHLY recommend!!

I love how Postscript not only allows me to segment my customer but their automations have been a blessing! We have just started using them and I love the set it and leave it portion of automations, such as abandoned cart. Loving that I can segment for texts, letting me reward the top customers vs. spending a lot of money texting the entire group! Can't wait to figure it out to the max potential!
