First night setting up the app, pages, campaigns and the works. They walked me through every single step and answered all the questions. I love that it integrates with my other marketing tools. This is a great service and if you're on the fence, sign up for the free trial at least! It's so worth it. Thank you, Shannon, for your help!

We just got started with Postscript and the team has been beyond supportive and helpful. We are big believers in human connection and Postscript goes above and beyond. The customer service (shoutout to Shannon and Sean), replies in seconds and the founders are never above hopping on a call to troubleshoot an issue. SO excited to be working with this team!

Incredibly easy to navigate and use! I love the inclusion of photos/gifs and the ability to be flexible with what I send to my customers. It’s also cool that the app features a tool that lets you know if the message you’re sending is weak, moderate, or strong which I like a lot. I would like to see a way to make it to where the pop up repeats every time a customer comes to your site even if they minimized it the initial time they saw it. All in all, a great app!

Excellent customer service! Had a feature I wanted to have them implement on the app and they built it out and inserted in the same day! Great app, great customer service. They respond in seconds.

After talking with every single SMS Shopify app company not only could they not provide the automation I looked for, they took multiple days to respond and answer my questions. Postscript did the exact opposite. Their functionality when it comes to automation is #1 in the world. However, the most important aspect of why you should download this and add it to your marketing is customer service. I especially want to thank Sean for answering my million questions, never being frustrated and being super helpful. Would not have been able to solve this without him. Sean, Thank you!

Great app. Very easy to use. I especially like the pricing options: you only have to pay once the app delivers results -- once you've sent 150 messages in a month, which is very nice if you are a startup on a tight budget!

Hands down the BEST sms app out there. I've used several others and only postscript ensures your legally compliant, has an easy to use interface and integrates with all the top apps! I've moved 8 other brands into postscript and its been more than worth it!

Amazing truly. Right from the first day I had such positive feedback from my customers! I had at least 5 new customers that day as well. When time came to upgrade my account SEAN was super helpful and I am so grateful to this app!

The customer service with this app is the absolute best! Sean answered all of my questions promptly and was able to get me started on this awesome app in minutes. I highly recommend this to any and all businesses out there looking to scale and grow their marketing campaigns.

very beautiful user interface. Before PostScript I tried three other services and they were all clunky - I also had to "rent" a phone number that's 10 digits long (not user friendly looking for my customers). Postscript allows me to send messages with a short code, I can create keyword triggers and a host of other automations that help my life a lot easier. The integration with shopify and klaviyo is a plus - it was very seamless, and a lot less connecting stuff together on my part (I had to use Zapier to connect the pieces together alot with other interfaces that does not integrate directly). Just very glad that this service integrates directly with two platforms I use most frequently - Shopify and Klaviyo. Customer service also awesome (even on a Sunday afternoon) so that was a nice surprise!!

There are few apps in the Shopify ecosystem that would qualify as instant gamechangers, but this is one of them no doubt. Sean was so helpful in getting us set up and off to the races with SMS marketing, and we're just beginning to the rewards see its massive potential. Kudos to you guys for creating a Klaviyo-caliber platform for SMS

I tried two other SMS apps before settling on this one for good. Customer support is super fast and helpful. The app has a lot to offer and I'm still working my way through it.

Great app, easy to set up and integrate with klaviyo, recharge, and other apps we have already. Highly recommend giving it a try -- we started with much more expensive options but this was better priced and has many more automations.

A really great customer service team! Had an issue that stopped us in our tracks and they solved it. On a Saturday at midnight. Shannon is super helpful too!
