Since downloading this app I have been able to push sales through my text messaging marketing. I have also added the incentive for people to sign up on my homepage for 15% off their purchases. I have had customers use it! Great customer service too! I highly recommend.

Postscript is one of our highest ROI marketing channels. It's a no brainer for Shopify stores, especially ones selling high value products. We use it to send abandoned carts along with some occasional promotions and the return is very high.

Seriously this is the best SMS app on the market. During BFCM we spent $4k on a campaign through this app and generated over $69k in sales. That's a ROAS of 17.2!!! That is almost unheard of in the eCommerce industry. Couldn't recommend this product highly enough.

This is a great app that lets me send engaging sms & mms messages to my customers. It's a great marketing tool and on a customer, by customer basis, it can definitely a be a better converter than e-mails. Super fast customer service and more than once the quality control before a message is sent has saved us. Great app that we definitely recommend.

If you're going to consider SMS marketing for your e-commerce business, then there's really only one option. We're seeing an incredible ROI on our SMS & MMS Marketing, well beyond email marketing performance and facebook ads. The app and developers are incredibly responsive and are clearly in this for the long haul. No concern over privacy, data, and quality of service. Integrates directly with Shopify and provides automation and audience segmentation. Really looking forward to increasing our SMS marketing/text message strategy for the new year and we'll only trust postscript. Keep up the good work.

Although the sales aren't rocking into stardom just yet, I want to give this app a great recommendation, and here are my reasons why: 1. Best yet, they'll help you each step along the way to be sure you understand the features. 3. GREAT VALUE - the app has already paid for itself. Without a doubt, the best value for any Shopify app. Even with the learning curve, which is minimal, this app delivers what it promises. Kudos to the developers.

We have been using this app for a short time and have already seen results. Adam and Colin have been super with their support and always respond quickly and efficiently. The built-in automation and ability to craft segments and create your own campaigns is great. I know they are hard at work supporting this app and am looking forward to future enhancments. I would recommend this app to anyone that wants to reach their mobile customers.

We found Postscript after hearing how effective sms marketing can be from our agency and wanted to try it. Postscript had a few features other shopify apps didn't so we reached out. Their team was super responsive and helped us set up some test sms campaigns and automations. We were nervous about customer reception, but it worked really well and unsubscribes were low. Fully endorse their product and team.

Postscript is a really easy app to set up for sending text message to customers. We use it mostly for marketing, and the MMS feature which lets you include GIFs has also gotten us a bunch of positive feedback from customers. Highly recommended!
