Really not impressed with the free version so there isn't a chance that I would pay of the app. Plus, $15 a month just to limit the number of entries? Not going to happen, uninstalled.

If you need more elements please consider upgrading your account to our pro or business subscriptions. We are happy to offer you a free 30-day trial of our pro subscription which is already activated to your account. With it, you can enjoy up to 20 elements to be included in your survey. Very easy to use and worked great for our product survey. highly recommend this app.Will be using it more on our website.
very good app, but it is litle slowing my web page, other hand its very important app to take feedback of client, everything is customize able
Contacted support about a bug June 21 and it's now June 24 and no word back. Not sure if support still exists for this.

Quite easy to set up and install.
I just installed a free version of this app and so far creating the survey was super easy. Can't figure out where and how to publish it on my store yet but will update I soon as I get that and see the reactions of my customers. So far so good :)
Very nice customization options and integration. A little complicated at first but once you get the basics, you'll create surveys in a snap
We are using this app to help us better serve our customers. It is easy to follow, easy to install and easy to use. We just installed it so we will see how it does.
This app has been hard to install and embed. I could give more feedback once I am able to start using it. I wish you had phone support. I am in a time crunch and it is more difficult and time consuming to speak over email.
POWr Survey is working wonderfully for us! they just added the ability to send custom confirmation emails upon completion of the survey! its well worth the $
