Ankit was fast and knowledgable and helped me with understanding the program as well as how to fix any issues.

Having to get a new website platform so close to the holidays, I do not have a lot of extra brain capacity to set something up and I was extremely overwhelmed. I had originally downloaded a different pre-sale app and just struggled with it, so I switched to Bat Preorder and so far it has been so easy to use and any questions that I had, I had taken care of right away! 10/10 would recommend!

Only installed today but the support has been brilliant and helped with teething issues. I'm hoping the app works as well as the support team does, especially Vinay, if so I can expect amazing things.

I’ve been watching YouTube videos trying to set up a pre order on my shopify store. I have the dawn theme. After failing a few times, I decided to try an app. This one was the first I tried, and it seems to be just what I needed. I am excited to give this a go.
