Great customer service! I had some issues trying to set up the app and they responded in less than 1 minute. Also, the assistant ho helped me was very friendly and took all the time needed to fully understand what my issue was. I'm still not sure whether the app will be compatible with my store, but if this is the level of customer service they provide I'm sure they will be able to make it work.

Support from these guys was outstanding. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement! We required a LOT of custom work to be done to make sure the Pre-Order Bat fitted the look that we required for our Shopify theme. All requested were met (and there was a lot of requests!). The result was exactly what we asked for and it was a real pleasure communicating back and forward with Ankit and the Pre-Order Bat team! Great support team, integrates with my subscriptions! This app is exactly what I was looking for! I needed an app that would work with my subscriptions app and this one does just that! I had a few issues getting everything set-up, but the support team was available immediately and fixed everything that I needed them to!
