I was using another app that I kept having issues with so I decided to give this one a try. I'm using a custom theme and needed help with getting this setup. Eva with support helped me fix this in record time! A+ to support. Already love this app!

rubbish app, they claim setup in 2 minutes but unable to create preorder button even after trying it for more than 2 hours, also no quick response from chat support team in paid version if we want to explore extra things, we need to take permission from their team, what a rubbish thing"Rubbish app. They claim it can be set up in 2 minutes, but I was unable to create a preorder button even after trying for more than 2 hours. This app deserves all the accolades. The work they put into shows because I just finished setting up in 5 minutes after spending the last 2 days wastefully installing and removing several other Pre-order apps trying to configure them, sift through the differences between their paid/unpaid plans and then even then, after the installation process, only to come up short in the testing phase. THANK YOU from a bootstrapping level ecomm. The very reasonable monthly tiers are so worth the value in time you get back. All other apps take note. Signed - someone who wants the last 48 hours of testing back.

I have spent the last several days trying pre-order apps and every one of them failed at doing something. All we needed was something reasonably priced that worked for our needs and this checks all of the marks. Massive bonus. It worked without having to involve tech support.

Simple, quick and does the job! I am now filling the space to cover the 100 characters but that's fine because Pre Order Wolf is fab!

Very easy to setup and worked out of the box. However there is no option to have a note with the preorder that tells the customer when the product will be delievered
Hello thank you for the kind review. However we do have the option of the note. Please contact support and they will help you setup. You can find it on the settings page though.

We had a a small issue with customers only being able to pay by Apple Pay on our pre-sale products and the pre-sale button not coming up on the collection pages. Eva sorted this out in hours and the app is currently working seamlessly. Thank you.

Super easy to install. It didn't initially work due to the code of an "uninstalled" different but similar app, but within 24 hours of reaching out to customer service it was fixed and working like a charm.

Amazing support by Eva, they even created features for us that weren't part of the initial app. The app was completely free but now it pays, which still is a good deal based on the features and service we get back.

This app is truly amazing, we wouldn't be able to run our site without them! It's easy to run and has been an absolute life-saver. They team are also very helpful and quick to reply. Don't hesitate to use them!
