Very good service. I had some problems with my settings but once I contacted the support it was fixed in a couple of minutes and I also got all my other questions responded. Very satisfied :)

Had an error with my template. Thanks to the help of the support this was corrected within 5 minutes. Best support in the Shopify area so far!

My Pre-Order button was not showing up on my store and the customer service were really quick in helping me. It only took about 2min for the button to start working again. Good service, I recommend this app.

It's very nice to use this app. Especially, the quick response of their service team. I first added the app, and there was a small problem, then I talked with their service team, and they solve it in just 5 mins. I was really impressed.

I was looking for a free pre-order app, and found this one. I had some trouble with the pre-order and contacted support at 12:00 am EST - US, and got a response right away. They were able to fix it within a few minutes!
