We had some trouble with our pre-order setup—some products were still showing as "Sold Out" instead of "Pre-Order." This was a big issue for us, so we reached out to support. Eva responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. She checked everything, found that the "Continue selling when out of stock" setting was disabled and guided us on how to fix it. The whole process was smooth and fast! Eva explained everything clearly, and within no time, our issue was resolved. Now, our pre-orders are working perfectly, and we don’t have to worry about losing sales when stock runs out. The app itself is great, easy to use, and does exactly what we need. But what stands out is the amazing support. Having a team that responds quickly and solves issues efficiently makes all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable pre-order solution with excellent customer service!

AMAZING App. PreOrder Wolf provides the perfect solution to capture sales while waiting for my next restock shipments to arrive. It also enables me to communicate order status updates effectively with my customers. The support team is extremely helpful and friendly to work with. Highly recommended. It's great app to show pre-order! Easy to use and great support. My shop is in another language than english and there was no problem to get help to set it up according to my language.

Worked pretty well for us for about 8 months, but a crazy price rise by the provider on transactions has caused us to leave...for a small business the fees were just ridiculous.

It helped me solve the pre-sale problem when the product was out of stock, and it was very helpful to get traffic when the product was just released and the product was not in place. The customer service feedback was very timely and efficient.

J'ai posé une question sur la configuration des limites de précommande pour nos produits et Eva a rapidement fourni une excellente solution. Elle m'a expliqué comment configurer la précommande pour qu'elle fonctionne en fonction des niveaux de stock et m'a assuré que le système cesserait de prendre des commandes une fois le stock épuisé, ce qui était exactement ce dont j'avais besoin. besoin.
