Hi. I was having problems getting the pre-order app to work for our Easter Collection. I did not realize that I had to make an update & embed the app in my store. Sunny replied very quickly, identified the problem & sent me a video link to show me how to update my store. Thanks for the great customer service. Karen, Bean and Goose Chocolate

I highly reccomend this app! It is really easy to use and to setup. I would like to especially point out that the tech support team was extremely helpful when my store faced an issue with the app. They diligently solved my issue asap.

I had a small issue setting up a message on my website using this app and contacted customer service. My assigned agent (Alina) was able to help me within a few minutes. She even sent me a video tutorial on how to fix my issue. Customer service 10/10
