This is an app that you can't do without. It saves so much trouble by telling your customers what they can expect on shipping for out-of-stock items or items that will be shipping soon. Alina helped me out big time. I had an issue with the app and she fixed it in the coding for us at 8 pm!! Unbelievable support I would recommend this to anyone for preorders. She saved the day and I couldn't be more thankful.

Works great. I love that it integrates buttons on the home page and collection pages to show that the item is on preorder. Highly recommend.

This app does what it says. Works well. We asked their staff to help change button layout and message position. One of their staff named Amandeep is really helpful. So easy communicates with him, and just done the job in 5 minutes. Amazing. One suggestion is, this app should list product title, what product is related to customer notification email. Currently, it provides a variation ID, it can be searched in shopify to find related product. But you know, can be done better. Overall is excellent. Highly recommend.

We had to set up Preorders in a big hurry after going viral on social media. We sold out of inventory really quickly, and needed to get a Preorder option up and running within a day. This did the trick! There was a glitch temporarily with the code -- it affected our product image display on mobile. I contacted support, and they were super responsive. They had the issue corrected within a couple of hours, and we haven't run into any other problems. All in all, a very good app experience.

Our theme wasn't supported right off the bat. The functionality was limited initially but thanks to the support team they were able to go in and make everything work as advertised. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Just getting started with the app, but had great support in setting it up. I dedicated my Sunday afternoon to improving our pre-ordering process. I had a few questions and hit a few walls in getting the app setup. The team on live chat were super responsive and helped me quickly solve the problems. The front-end CX of the app looks great and we've alot of questions on pre-order delivery times. So I'm expecting this will really boost our pre-order conversion. We're off to a great start!
