Had an issue getting app to work. Contacted support and Aman was great! Within five minutes he fixed the problem and had our pre-order up and running.

Great customer service and very easy to use and set up. I have had to contact customer service twice and they have helped guide me to answer all questions.

The representative I chatted with, Aman, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to quickly resolve my issue. He was very friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of service I received and would highly recommend this company to others.

The support was top notch! Nicoz helped me solve a bottom with the preorder button. He was not only thorough, he was was also effective and quick. What I had been trying to do for an hour took him 3 minutes! Im so grateful for the assistance!

We installed this app in 2022 to allow preorders for a new product launch. We used the app again this year for 2023 products. Pre-Order Now is easy to use AND has EXCELLENT customer care. Amandeep was very knowledgeable, provided quick responses, and understood our needs. Thank you!

The app is very easy to use and configure. The newly added notification option has really made this a single option application for new (not yet in stock) and backordered items you want to pre-sell. I was having a small issue with the settings and was able to jump on chat with Aman and he helped me work through the problem and get everything working as it should. Good app with good support!

High pressure pre order in less than 30 min, and a glitch with a custom theme. Aman saved my bacon. I didn't expect to be helped in 5 minutes and back to work in 6.

This app fits our current needs perfectly. We have had a couple of challenges that a chat with customer support solved quickly. Tonight I ran in to small issue, opened the chat window and Josh had it fixed in a matter of minutes.

So far it works like a dream. I don't need much, so the free version works perfectly. I did need help on a setting and Amandeep was quick and friendly. He was able to fix it in no time flat.
