High pressure pre order in less than 30 min, and a glitch with a custom theme. Aman saved my bacon. I didn't expect to be helped in 5 minutes and back to work in 6.

This app fits our current needs perfectly. We have had a couple of challenges that a chat with customer support solved quickly. Tonight I ran in to small issue, opened the chat window and Josh had it fixed in a matter of minutes.

So far it works like a dream. I don't need much, so the free version works perfectly. I did need help on a setting and Amandeep was quick and friendly. He was able to fix it in no time flat.

Good solid app with rapid support. Amadeep was right there on a live chat the moment I had a question (worrying about integration with 2.0 platform themes). The answer was efficient and friendly and he put my fears to rest. Great to know it plays nice on the new platform. Thank you

I used this app because my website needed to have pre-order and it worked great! I recommended it! The customer service is amazing!! They are very friendly and helpful! I talked to Amandeep to have it uninstalled after I no longer needed it and he was very helpful and showed me how to do it correctly!

customer support is super fast and really helpful and it 11pm so I'm impressed. Nicoz allowed the badge to work on the theme I was working in on shopify. revision: a few months later needed more help and amandeep subbed in for Nicoz. still absolutely great service. and he simplified my issues with the use of tags. Updating my review from 4 to 5 stars. The support is always there and very helpful. Thanks Aman for helping this time when we needed to turn on pre-order for many products and advising me about enabling pre-order via tagging products-a very useful feature. Previous Review: We've been using this app for a good while now with one product but recently added more pre-order products and refreshed our website. With changing themes to one of Shopify's new themes (Refresh) we encountered a couple of issue with the Pre-Order Now app. I wasn't able to find solutions easily on my own but support is always available and helpful (sometimes you have to wait several minutes to get someone though). Rasheem solved our first problem with home page badges resizing the product image and the next day Nicoz solved the issue of the Pre-Order button not working. Nicoz also provided advice for the delayed loading of the pre-order button which sometimes allows people to order without seeing the pre-order button or having the pre-order tag attached to the order. I believe this can occur with any pre-order app and comes down to your page speed though. It's a good value app with great support and I'm looking forward to the improvements to come.

This app was straightforward to set up, find the product we wanted to mark for pre-order, and customers had no confusion about which items were going to ship later. Amandeep was very helpful in getting me on track with this app.

I used this app to help me list pre-orders for my artwork. The team behind the app are fast to respond to issues and are so helpful. My issue was fixed by Josh in a total of 4 minutes. Highly recommend!
