Such a useful app. I had a small issue while setting up, support were there near instantly to help me remedy the problem. Easy to use and intuitive. Also free! Love it

This app is very useful to create discounts in a way that Shopify doesn't allow out of the box. The only drawback is that since it uses Draft Orders, you cannot combine the discounts from the app with an automatic discount (for example a BOGOF) from Shopify. Their support is excellent. A particular mention for Aman from their support. He is great!

The app is very helpful, and customer service was OUTSTANDING. Upon asking a question, the response was really fast, and the agent had complete knowledge of the platform and software. I had some issues with my Pre-Order button not popping up on my products. I decided to use the live customer chat and got greeted by Aman. He was nothing short of amazing and walked me thru some trouble shooting and I was able to get the Pre-Order button working again. Super helpful customer support.

This app is pretty good but the customer care is fantastic. Ultimately, with so many themes available there is always a possibility that an app like this won't work out of the box but with responsive support who are willing to dive into the code immediately to fix the issues, these problems are nothing to worry about.

We use many different apps along with this app. When you fix one glitch from one app, you have to fix another glitch from another app. So I value quick and accurate support when I choose the app. Pre-order now app is not only bring great conversion rate but offer great customer support.
