We love this app and it increased our sales, but we cannot get it to STOP showing preorder button even though it is in stock. We even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it still shows. We have reached out to customer support.

It's a fine app, but could benefit from added features and live support. Trust me, you do not want to have your pre-order messages vanish and now you customers have no idea when to expect a product that'll be out 4 months from now. Not fun. Live support + some added quality-of-life improvements or customization options and this app could become a 5 star app.

The app works well "when it works"...however, it's been buggy lately, such as removing products from my pre-order list by itself, not allowing me to edit pre-order products (taking me rather to the upgrade screen), or sometimes not even allowing me to open the app in Shopify. I would give more stars if it was more reliable.
UPDATE: As of 9/23/20 around 5pm EST, we believe we have FIXED THE ISSUE causing server slowdowns and the various issues with the app. This has never happened with our app before and we are adding protocols to our servers so that it won't happen again. THANK YOU for your patience with this very frustrating issue with Pre Order Now. Things should now be fast, accessible, and working at full speed, both now and in the future! Please test on your end and let us know if you notice any other issues? If not, we'd welcome you to update this review to share your experience from there. It is a little bit difficult to set up. And there are some fee to charge. Free Plan is not okay completely.

Works great, though collection page button feature is not compatible with the theme we use(Empire), which is a major drawback for us.

So far I haven't experienced anything bad with the app. It enables us to take the cap off our sales and take in as many orders as possible. Only downside is that it doesn't integrate well with certain themes. We use the "Venture" theme and if customers order the product on the home page, they won't be aware that their product is on pre-order when checking out. Also waiting for integration with other sales channels. If customers order from Instagram or Amazon they won't be aware their product is on pre-order and have to manually email each individual customer.

App worked great for a while, after they made some updates we started having issues where some products in stock would show as out of stock with the pre-order buttons. After they made some changes, it seems like one of the settings made all of our out of stock products available for pre-order which caused us to have orders for discontinued products or products we could not get anymore. After that I used AI to build a pre-order tag within our own code.

I needed an easy way to set up my pre order items manually or based on condition, with no impact on the checkout or payment process. If you have this kind of requirements, go for this app, you won't be disappointed. On top of this, the support team is great : always fast to answer and helpful. They even adjusted the app for my specific case for free. UPDATE : There is no way to translate the 'Pre-order' buttons via Langify or any other method. Don't use this if you're looking for a multilinguage solution.
