We installed this app on our new Shopify 2.0 store. To be honest we had a lot of bugs for a couple weeks until Josh got involved. He had everything fixed and working perfectly in less than an hour. Works great now and exactly what we needed!

Customer Support is super fast and AWESOME! Nicoz had my issue remedied within a couple minutes of sending my request. Lots of flexibility in this app and works well for our needs.

Wow! I just started my free trail and Jorge helped me set up the configurations. I literally shared with him which items I would like to add for pre-sale and he effectively synced my store to the app. His responses were quick and he never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. This has to be the best experience I've had with a shopify app. I'm excited to see how much additional revenue the app generates my online store. After some initial troubles with the installation ("pre-order" banner didnt show) Josh worked his Magic and now it works smothly. We will upgrade our plan after the 14 days trail and we are sure this app will help us be even more successful with shopify.

I used this app to support my pre-sale - I used their "preorder now" button and automated emails to let customers know their preorder was received (you do need to pay for that but it's $5 for 100 emails, which I think is very worth it). It was easy to use and was perfect for my needs. Their support was really responsive as well with any questions I had.
