It is to complicated. In the video the explanation is short but when you have to do it yourself is a way much more and the process is a very long way to make it. Without assistance is hard to believe someone can make it. I will give 5 start for the customer support only

THe customer service was great. I wish there were more custom making options (aesthetically). But it is functional and great.
