I have received 2 preorders so far. Works as it should. I have not added a badge on product yet but the app works.

We were losing sales by not being able to keep our inventory available for all of our variants, but having the ability to capture sales and put them aside on backorder for fulfillment at a later date means that we're not losing out as we continue to keep up with demand (a good problem to have). Ideally, we'll never have backorders but it's nice to have it as a fallback option if it comes to it. Customers are aware of the item on backorder so there is little to no need to reach out to them with emails of unfortunate news.

5-stars from me! Really helpful support staff, and saves a ton of time to set expectations on the store throughout the checkout process, from the homage, to product page, and lastly through the cart and post-sale, for products that are not in stock. My only criticism would be to expand the pricing to allow more than 5 & 10 products on the lower tiers.. this seems a bit rudimentary as the additional tiers do not offer significantly more value, simply the number of products you can use for the app. Otherwise, a great purchase.

I needed a 'Pre-Order' app to allow customers to buy items which were in transit to my shop. I liked how their other apps worked, and gave this new app a try. I like the interface and ease of setup. Had a small problem with a new feature during early adoption which was fixed promptly. The only improvement I would like is a phone number or chat for support, other than email.

Absolutely brilliant! Not only does this app flexibly manage preorders, it lets you tag the images with a preorder banner AND put a warning on the cart when a customer mixes preorders and in stock items. Highly recommended!
