So far so good. I've installed the app then uninstalled it because I had some problems with that the BUY button still there, but then it turns out that it's from Shopify not from the app. so I installed it again, I just wish the support is a bit faster in replying. :)

Support was awesome. I am not computer savvy so i had difficulties in the initial setting, but with Robert's support I was able to accomplish the task.

The app has been very useful and effective during our initial test/trial period. The set up is easy and intuitive, there have been no formatting issues (which we experienced with other pre-order apps), and the value of orders we've generated make the cost of the app a great value.

Works great to allow us to sell items that are not in stock but we can order. I love the customization options.

This app is easy to use and straightforward. The team has been extremely helpful too! I had to get the pre-order label to look the same as the 'sale' label and they were quick to act on it! Would definitely recommend them to other merchants :)

I needed a solution that would notify visitors that I could get an item (when it wasn't in stock), but that it would be 7-10 days until they would get it. This app made it possible for me to communicate this to shoppers in a way that they would still order it. This has been great for a new retailer with limited funds for inventory!

This app basically saved my life! We have products that are both ready to ship and made to order. The app really facilitates our inventory management, plus the client knows right away whether they will receive their order shortly or will have to wait a couple of weeks! Easy to use, design that adapts to your team, and many customizable options! I highly recommend it! :D

This app works very well. It's easy to setup and the notes on the product page, checkout and order confirmation provide for effective communication with customers.
