good app, used it for the preoder in my shop. It would be nice if some more things (e.g. color of the batch) could be customized in own brand colors

This app is helpful for the preorder, however we have been having a issue of when we set a style as preorder, it doesn't reflected on the site. however their developers are very helpful and quick to help out.

Sometimes a simple "refresh" command in the app is all that is needed to make triple-sure that all pre-order settings are correct for all the latest product updates you've made on your store. Great product for managing out of stock items to facilitate pre-orders. Just wish they would have the ability to select by either product type or collection. It seems to be either all products or enter every product you want on pre-order manually.

You really can't apply the preorder button to one variant of a product? You have to apply it top all the variants? Even if you if all but 1 variant is available?? Update : Looks like they have fixed this issue so I updated my rating.

I'm using it in mode "free" and it's ok! Easy and effective. I recommend it. (While you are using free mode, you just have one product in pre-order)

Good app but I can't find how to cancel my subscription, as I want to end it today. Find this very very disappointing.
Hello! Thanks so much for posting this question here! To cancel any app on the Shopify app store, simply remove that app from the apps section of your Shopify admin. This automatically cancels the billing connection for that app to your Shopify billing. For specific instructions, see this convo: https://community.shopify.com/c/Shopify-Apps/How-can-i-cancel-an-app-with-Payments/td-p/679575 Does that help? I am using this app to introduce new product line for the the Pre-Black Friday Sale! Simple to use and includes a step-by-step tutorial. You are in control of how long it runs and emails sent to customers reminding of pre-order items.

There is one outstanding feature in this app compared to the competitors, is customer support. We broadcasted questions through email before using these Apps in the marketplace and only received a reply from this app. While using this app, they responded promptly to our questions and help us enhance our requirements in a very short time. There are a few things that are good to have in the future: We can batch marking the products in preorder instead of enabling them one by one. This will speed up the process. Besides, showing a discounted price on the items on the collection page is a great feature too!

Functionality appears comprehensive. However, the app is so volatile it's currently unusable as it constantly crashes or doesn't load. Let me know if you fix it as I'm keen to use it and happy to revise score. UPDATE 4/10: Retesting and using now. Working well so far. Issues seem to have been resolved.
