Functionality appears comprehensive. However, the app is so volatile it's currently unusable as it constantly crashes or doesn't load. Let me know if you fix it as I'm keen to use it and happy to revise score. UPDATE 4/10: Retesting and using now. Working well so far. Issues seem to have been resolved.

I used this pre-order app and it was very user friendly! I was very nervous but the easy steps to follow were so helpful.

I use the app to do a monthly preorder on art prints. This enables me to generate sales without paying up front costs of potentially unsold prints! It's perfect. The app worked great, but then all of a sudden stopped working. I reached out for help and within 2 hours the problem had been resolved behind the scenes. Great customer service. Great app!

Je trouve le prix un peu excessif, mais bon, n'étant pas programmateur, je ne sais pas le temps qu'il a fallu pour créer cette app. Par contre, les aides sont au taquet et ils sont efficaces. Si vous avez régulièrement des précommandes, prenez l'option 3.

I used this to do a pre order on custom masks. I only didn't like the banner options... only the green circle worked.. the banner and box didn't work on my product... everything else was easy

So far so good! Wish there was live support. Since I'm in Hawaii it's harder to get issue, questions answered. Will come back in a week to leave a more elaborate review after our preorder sale is complete. One challenge so far - shipping out orders. It's confusing filtering out preorder and normal order during the shipping process.

Easy integration. Hoping that it helps us manage the demand we have. Seems to be quite easy to set up.

Really easy to set up, I haven't launched my site yet, so don't know how that goes with customers but it had step by step lists which made sure it was all completed. So if that's anything to go off this app is great!

So far so good, it was a very easy process to add te pre-order tab but let's see about the fulfilling!

The app is great (when it works) - I used it with no problems for about a month and then it suddenly stopped working with my theme. Unfortunately they couldn't fix it - but they tried, and communication was good. They were helpful but I ended up unistalling it as it was causing issues. Which is a shame as a it did everything I wanted it to do to easily manage pre-orders.

i use this to help me sell products when we are out of stock. it helps me maintain sales while being low on inventory.

I used this app to help meet sales goals since we are growing so fast that we are often out of stock a couple of times a month. I only which there was a way to generate a report with all pre-orders categorized by variant so that I could easily make a PO to send to my manufacturer.

Just getting started with the app and adding pre-order products to my website. A bit cumbersome to start. But figured out for the most part what to do and to navigate the app. Needs to have the options of pre-order now, pay later when product is available and ready to ship. Chris has been helpful.
