Awesome awesome awesome support. I had to reach out to get the app to work exactly how I wanted but after they configured it for my theme, I was able to customize it and get it running right away. Extremely easy to use and very functional.

Fantastic and easy to use! Some of my products are in stock and some are ordered in specifically so it makes it very easy for me to still accept orders but so customers have all the information they need.

The app works great, but the real selling point is the support! Fast, clear, and helpful every time. Update: We ran into a small hiccup setting up new products, but Raymond replied quickly to our chat and things were cleared up in 15 minutes. Follow-up Oct 2022: We had a minor issue come up, Amandeep fixed it fast!

This app solves so many of our problems! Our customers used to miss the pre-order dates on our website (especially if they were on mobile). With this app, customers are now informed of preorder/backorder dates in several areas of the website: a pre-order button, a message above the button, a pre-order badge, a cart message AND a follow-up email after their order. It's hard to imagine a customer missing the message now! Plus, the team helped me with several aesthetic fixes within hours of my requests—one of the most helpful app support teams I've worked with.

The pre-order app works great!. We had an issue setting preorder quantity limits since we have a non-shopify theme. I reached out to the team and they responded right away and provided the solution. I highly recommend this app for pre-orders!

Very nice app, useful. The pre order buttons are very good and works perfectly, the main job is done. 4 stars because the app can be faster and the price for the better plan is a little bit expensive. Maybe think to decrease, at least, the first months for the new customers

It is a little bit difficult to set up. And there are some fee to charge. Free Plan is not okay completely.
