UPDATE: They were having an app-wide malfunction and helped get everything sorted! The app has been malfunctioning for a week and causing havoc in our store. I have been trying to get the developer to fix it and they keep giving me the run around telling me it will be fixed in 24hrs and nothing. The thing is I know that they are lying and have not tried to troubleshoot my store at all. I had given them developer access a week ago and still have not seen anyone from their end log into my store. Completely unprofessional - I would avoid.

Very easy setup for pre-order items. And I have a very large catalog 1000+ skus. Support is also super attentive and helpful.

Virkelig god app til at sikre et godt kundeflow, på trods af varen er udsolgt i en kort periode. Fik rigtig god support er deres medarbejder Ajani, som fik guidet mig til opsætningen, som jeg havde problemer med, selvom jeg bagefter fandt ud af, at det var fordi jeg ikke selv var grundig til at følge deres manual.

Great support from Ajani, took just a few minutes on chat for Ajani to fix an issue I was having. Used app for years, stable and works well. Looks great too.

Allowing customers to backorder products has saved us from a tonne of lost revenue that would have been incurred due to out stock products. Mohit has provided exceptional support and we're super grateful for his assistance!

recently switched over from pre-order app 2.0 since they sold it and the new owners don't care about customer service. So far preorderly works fine and the support was swift to make necessary changes.
Our store needed this Pre-order capability for items coming to our store over the next couple of months. We need the sales now and this app will help us make those sales happen! EASY to install and set up. And for the questions I did have the staff quickly responded, in just minutes, to my questions! The price is nice as well.
The people behind this app are amazing. They're quick to respond and will really work to get your issues resolved; looking for ways to work around the Shopify limitations they have.

Hello I have a problem with your app indeed I unchecked "If Inventory Management is handled by Shopify and" Allow customers to purchase this product when it's out of stock "is not checked pre-ordering will stop ounces reach 0." on the following products: https: //www.celeste-mogador.com/products/copie-de-bague-fleurs? variant = 21559167877180 but the pre-order button still appears while I have stock on this variant best regards fabrice
Hi, thanks for the review. We already responded to your email. You have selected Mode which starts pre-orders right away. You need to switch to Mode which starts pre-order when inventory is 0. For more help please contact [email protected]. Thanks.
So far so good more functionality than the previous app we were using and $ 15 a month less expensive also.
This is the third app we have tried for Pre-Orders, and I am pleased to say that overall it works best of any we have tried. While no app will do everything we we would like, Preorderly comes the closest - without the bugs and conflicts we have found in their competitors' products. But the best part is the developer's responsiveness. Unlike most developers, Adi actually responds to your emails and works with you to resolve any issues - promptly and professionally. Definitely a top-tier developer, well done Adi.
