Love PrintMelon, they do a nice job with printing and always place it nicely if I'm a little off on centering. Very good customer support. I have recommended them to others that need a POD place.

Initially, I thought my order had been ignored. I did not realize that I needed to add my CC information. The Print Melon team was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns and questions. This was top notch customer service!

I started a new store and needed a lot of different items for sports teams and fans including hoodies, crewnecks, dry fit, long sleeve, short sleeve, different types of hats like twill or trucker plus men, women, youth and anything else the teams ask for on a daily basis! Because Print Melon carries so many brands, they have made it easy to find exactly what I need. Every order that has been submitted has been sent out quicker than expected and the customer service is beyond amazing! The owner is attentive, personable and really listens to what I have needed for these special orders. He has called me several times to verify or show a sample of unique orders and has been willing to take on projects that not many drop shipping companies would take on. I am happy that they have made my idea a reality and am thankful for the products and customer service!

I ordered sample products from Print Melon and received them in less than a week, super fast shipping as well as packaging. When they arrived, they were packed individually inside a clear bag, the prints look super neat, app is very easy to navigate and user friendly. I'm so happy to find this print on demand app.

Shipping details never get sent over, Integration glitches and people only get some of their items, "out of stock" emails NEVER come with options to substitute with and wastes a TON of time. The products are just okay, but the shipping and UX is awful.
We apologize for this inconvenience. These are all fixed now, and we appreciate you for still using our POD app.

We sell electronics so our demand for t-shirts is occasional at best. Recently one of our out-of-stock products was mysteriously selling as of a sudden. After investigation, it was Print Melon that modified our electronics inventory and caused a firestorm for us. We had to issue multiple refunds, apologize to many customers, spent hours in customer service, and unfortunately lost a lot of trust with our customers. The official response from Print Melon was "We checked your store and fixed the bug..." I never considered that a simple POD plugin could jeopardize our entire business like this, please be careful on what apps you grant access to your business. UPDATE: After developers have claimed to fix the nightmare error on 5/2/22 as well as replied to this review on 5/12/22 claiming the issue was fixed, the glitch again happened on 5/20/22. We are immediately ceasing all business operations with PrintMelon and moving to Gelato for our needs.
Hello, Thanks for your review. Just to be clear, we fixed the bug on your website so that it would never happen again. You gave us the access after having this inventory issue, we never had it before. We have thousands of users, and never had a single issue like this. Shopify allowed all of the apps you are currently using right now to control your inventory, not only the inventory as well as many other data. Its not us, its shopify giving this access. This could have happened from other apps you have installed unluckily we faced the issue. The bug was fixed for you so it will not happen in the future, and none of the other apps will be able to do it either. We never thought this would happen, where shopify would allow us to make changes on your other items from other apps. It is fixed now. There is no point for us to modify any of your electronic items, there was clearly a bug on your end of shopify as well as ours. Since we had a part in it, we fixed it. We apologize for this inconvenience. At least from now on no one should be able to modify any of your listings.

I sell mostly t-shirts and have been wanting more color and brand choices. Not only did I find that with Print Melon, but they pretty much make the whole process stress free! I'm always worried about how big or small I should make my designs and just wear to place my designs on products. I don't have to worry that anymore because Print Melon makes sure it's all just right for me. Plus, their printing is pretty much perfect. The tees I've received from them look amazing! I've also contacted them multiple times and I receive a prompt reply with friendly and helpful service. I'm so thrilled to have found them! Thank you Print Melon!

app deleted spent hours making items just to see that everything is sold out update your inventory tracker. trash!! and what makes it worst is they have good items that you would want to try but how can you when everything is constantly not available
Thanks for your review, to be clear, you are publishing a product, on your website inventory, that product is showing Zero quantity?? If thats the case, it sounds like inventory is not managed by Print Melon, shopify automatically shows the quantity Zero. You will need to manually update your inventory. You can always see our live inventory on our app. Underneath each product, there is an "inventory" button. Please click on it to see our inventory. You should ignore what is shown on your website and change the number manually. If the product is also Zero on our app, it means we are totally out because supplier is out, which is totally out of our control. You can send us an email for an ETA of that specific size/color of the product you are looking for. Thanks.

Never got the app fully up and running because all the samples came back un-aligned. Giving 2 stars because the support team was great and issued a refund.

Requirement to run all payments of any kind through PayPal is a short-sighted way to do business. And is also a showstopper. App deleted. Will not do business with anyone requiring PayPal.
Thanks for your review. We added credit card option on our app. You can add your credit card instead of a paypal. Whichever you prefer.

I have been using Print Melon for about 6 weeks now and I am absolutely THRILLED with them for a number of reasons. First let me say that I have tried ALL of the major POD companies. I am an experienced Graphic Designer and I am VERY picky about every aspect of my business. Here are the reasons I love Print Melon: 1) Excellent White Ink Coverage on Dark Tshirts 2) Excellent Black Ink Coverage on Light Tshirts 3) Excellent Selection of Brands, Styles and Colors of Garments 4) Excellent Pricing 5) Excellent Customer Service: Their customer service is via email and they ALWAYS get back to me SAME DAY. If my question is Order Related they get back to me even faster! 6) Fast and CONSISTENT production times. Every order I have placed has gone out in 3 Business Days 7) Upgraded Shipping on Customer Orders. My Customers have been receiving their orders in 3 days no matter where they are in the US. 8) Excellent Presentation/Packaging: Shirts are always folded neatly. 9) They will be coming out with an Inventory Checking Portal very soon to avoid ordering out of stock items. 10) I feel like they genuinely care about me and my business - a rare find these days! Thank you Print Melon for everything!

We would consider using Print Melon more but they have the absolute worst design interface of any of the POD apps we use. In addition to the horrific interface, there is no way to filter by size, and even when a product description lists sizes, when you start the design process you discover the available sizes don't match the description. Given the POD competition surely they would redesign their Shopify website! After the response from the developer in May 2021, we decided to continue using Print Melon to see if they improved. Unfortunately, nearly a year later there are ongoing issues. For example, when you try and create a design for LAT 3821 their mockup generator produces four different mockups, including some with the print outside the design area. When I contact their support team I was told to make my own mockups! We are now actively looking to exit this service. The feedback here is to help them improve.
Hi, Thanks for your review. As stated on our email, the blank photos are directly taken from the apparel brands, we can't modify them. We did ask LAT to update their photos, and we will have to wait until they update them. You can always change the original photos on your website and use your own mockups. Overall, I would give this app a B-, maybe C+. Cons: I have had an order take 2 days to get out, and I have had one that took over 2 weeks to get out because of product availability. On darker colors they either do sublimation or screen printing (not 100% sure of the difference) and on lighter tees they do DTG printing. I have also had brand of shirts switched out without my knowledge and was explained that it was the same quality. The app can be sometimes tiresome to use and it is a long process to create one design in multiple styles(shirt, tank, sweatshirts, etc). Pros: They have a wide selection of brands and colors and most are at a reasonable price point. They also have good customer service when there is an issue. DTG printing on lighter colors is good quality. I had no problem with longer shipping because, well, it was COVID and many people were understanding. I knew the customer, but if I hadn't, I would've most likely refunded them for taking so long. My main focus is not t-shirts and they have the brand/colors I want, so it works for me. I guess my biggest issue would be the lack of updating item quantities and communication when it comes to product/orders.

After checking your orders, we were not sure which order took 2 weeks to ship, we always contact our users Same Day of the purchase if an item is out of stock and its not replaceable. Then we will wait for your reply, once you reply we will start processing the order. If it took 2 weeks to be delivered, please be advised that the package will be out of our control once its shipped, it may have taken 2 weeks to be delivered, but we can't really control the shipment once its picked up from our warehouse. Also, due to major stock issues, upgrading a shirt at no cost or shipping a comparable same size color item is a very common process, some apps may even charge you for this service. Our shipping times are listed underneath every product we offer where it says Shipping. It takes up to 5 business days to ship after cleared payment, we don't ship on weekends and holidays. We are working on a portal where all of our users are able to see what we have in stock, it should be ready soon. We appreciate your suggestion. Sorry to disappoint you, we will always try our best to accommodate your requests.

Excellent quality, Excellent customer support The customer support is very helpful. I can turn to them with any question or a problem I have and they were always prepered to help and resolve the issue. They also have a great variaty of products and very easy system of launching the products to the store. I love them!

This app has a decent selection with okay prices. Prices are little above average and it typically takes about 3 - 5 to ship. However, my only issue with them is their packaging. They stuff t-shirt(s) the white plastic envelope packaging. The t-shirt no folded nicely nor does it have a clear plastic package like other companies. It just looks bad. I'd pay a little more for nice packaging and hopefully, they take that into consideration. I am switching to printful, which is more expensive but customer do care about packaging.
Hello, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately we don't put each shirt inside a clear bag at the moment. We will be offering that service this year. The shirts are nicely folded, however, since we upgrade most of the shipments to Expedited shipping, orders ae shipped with larger and heavier boxes. Sometimes carries put the boxes on top of each other causing the shirts to wrinkle. Thus may happen regardless they are inside clear bag or not. Our apologies for this inconvenience. We will be more careful. We are sorry to loose you, and wish you our best in your ventures.

Print Melon is one of the best POD providers on Shopify. I've personally tried so many of the providers. They have been the most constant and provide the highest quality I've seen.

UPDATE: Nothing but 5 stars! There were a few growing pains, but nothing we couldn't figure out. The ownership has reached out multiple times to make sure I'm on the right path. If you're a small business looking to partner with a caring company, I strongly suggest!! Posted 10/13/2020: Excellent quality and turn around time, but I'm REALLY struggling with Print Melon's Customer Service at the moment. Customer service is available via email only. In my interactions, I find I am having to repeat questions and statements via email frequently. This tells me my emails are not being read in full. I am, also, in one frustrating back and forth right now regarding my accounting/charges, and cannot get a time scheduled to speak with someone live. Specific issues: -Test orders without valid payment being processed, despite email confirmation that they would NOT be processed. -International shipping charges applied despite items being shipped within the state of CA. -Lack of invoicing or documentation. -Credits issued in amounts that do not match past charges creating a mess to rectify. I hope to change this review to a 5 out 5 and partner closely with Print Melon once these issues are addressed. I will update this review accordingly. Fingers crossed!
Hello, Thanks for your review, we have responded all of your requests within same day, matter of fact in couple hours. As one of the orders being charged for international shipping, you input a different country than US, we sent you screen shots of it. If you enter any other country than US, system will automatically charge you an international shipping, and there is nothing much we can do about it. You will need to make it sure that you always put US, United States for the country. Yet, we did also fix that address issue for you and refunded you the difference. As long as you put US, or United States you will not be charged any international shipping. You had Payment Error orders, our system will automatically try to charge you unless those orders are cancelled. If you don't want them to be processed, please always cancel the orders. We printed 10 shirts, and shipped them, you have told us that those orders should have been never shipped. We issued you a refund for all of the shirts, the orders were still shipped. You can find your order details and charges in your Print Melon Account. If you click details, you will see the detailed charges. You can always ask us as well, but invoice is always there, please click on " Details" button. You wanted us to give you a call today, and we responded letting you know that our day is full scheduled with phone calls. You have to schedule a phone appointment, and our staff will give you a call. Each email you sent was responded and none of them were the same response. You were asking details for the same order numbers couple times, and we responded the same details of those orders. We are very sorry to disappoint you, these above issues can easily be fixed by using the correct country code ( US or United States) and cancelling the orders that are not meant to be shipped. Regardless, we took care of them for you same day, issued your refunds while still processing them, and explained the issues with screen shots.

Print Melon has been great! My prints thus far have all come out exactly as I had hoped. Their customer service is stellar and super responsive. They have a great selection of products and shipping times have also been super fast. 100% recommend!
