Used to love this company but since they switched to OnTrac shipping I have been having nightmares getting my stuff to my customers. Their customer service does not know how to read tracking information that clearly shows packages that has not been picked up from their dock for close to a week. Literally no tracking information and the carrier shows they do not have the package. Then they expect my customers to wait two (2) weeks before they even attempt to remedy the situation. This is a very very small portion of my business but is currently the biggest thorn in my side due to lack of accountability.
