Printful is the print on demand app that properly syncs with the Shopify backend products the best of all of them. This makes it possible for me not to have to go in and bulk edit products or individual product edits. Printful knows what they're are doing!

there is a learning curve, it is not steep, the design tools are awesome, especially the print checker, store integration is very good

Printful is very intuitive. Easy set up, easy mock-ups, easy integration with Shopify, in this case, and orders arrive within the expected time frame all nice and neat (:
